• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Damaged Items: Damaged or wrong items will be replaced free of cost.

2. Refunds

• Inspection: Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds take 5–7 working days.

• Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
